HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN MY TRASH CAN?
We offer Monthly, Seasonal, and On-Demand cleaning options to fit your needs. Our most popular options is Seasonal Cleanings (every 3 months).
HOW DO I PAY?
Once cleaning is complete, we will send you an invoice via text and email. We accept cash, credit card, ACH, Venmo.
WHY CLEAN A DAY AFTER TRASH COLLECTION?
trash pickup may be later in the evening and due to routing, we may not be able to schedule your stop before the end of the day. Cleaning the day after pick up allows us to start our route in the morning.
CAN I ROTATE BINS?
We don't have a bin minimum. Rotating of the bins is permitted. You may add additional bins to your account at anytime.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY CLEANING?
If you need to reschedule, contact us and we can move your cleaning day to the next day or next time we are in your area.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING CLEANING?
No, you do not need to be home. We will notify you the day before your cleaning day and send you a text message letting you know when we are on the way. As long as your cans are on the curb and trash free you don’t need to do anything else.
WHAT IF I HAVE TRASH IN MY CAN ON CLEANING DAY?
If you have garbage in your trashcan on cleaning day, please remove it before the trash can cleaners arrives. We also ask that you dump any excess grass clippings if they are stuck in the bin.
